Hi Guys,

I am not sure how many of you know this but Epicor sometimes claims to be "More Microsoft than Microsoft" to its prospects, has anyone else heard this from Epicor (Customers or Partners)...?

We all know that Microsoft bought a bunch of products like GP, NAV, AX etc.. to get in to the Business Applications ( this is what I think , there could be other reasons ) that being said Microsoft has been putting in time / effort & funds to evolve these products over a period of time and I would say that there have been some major improvements in the applications.

Is this really true ? do you think Epicor's claim  to be More Microsoft than Microsoft is correct ? I haven't found any info on Epicor using older technologies like "Progess Database" I tried to search the web for it too and there are some forums where customers discussing the progress database ?
